Paying your fees
To pay your tuition fees you must first complete our online enrolment process. You can then make your payment using our online payment systems.
Paying your deposit and tuition fees
Once you have firmly accepted your offer to study with us, you will need to pay a deposit of as part payment of your tuition fees – the amount you need to pay is stated in your offer letter and in our Fee Regulations published on the website. We need this before we can issue your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) number, which you need when you apply for your UK student visa.
You can pay your deposit by bank transfer, WeChat, UnionPay, Alipay or Tenpay using our secure bank transfer portal, which allows you to pay in your local currency with a favourable exchange rate compared to most banks and with no transaction charges.
If you use the bank transfer portal, you will need to enter your UCA student number, your contact details, your chosen currency and the amount you want to pay. You will receive a quote for the amount in your local currency; this quote is guaranteed for 72 hours, during which time you should tell your bank to transfer funds using the instructions you receive.
You can also pay your deposit by credit or debit card using our online payment system. You will need your 7 digit student number (found on our offer communication or applicant portal) and your date of birth.
When we receive your deposit we will confirm this by email, and we will let you know which immigration documents we need from you so that we can issue your CAS.
Remember, if you want to pay the discounted tuition fee, you will need to pay your tuition fees in full before the published start date of the course.
